Invoices and payment

Two invoice types exist: the monitoring service invoice monthly, and recovery-fee invoices whenever automated recoveries confirm during a period. Both reference audit-trail evidence.

Service invoices

Name the plan, the period and the rate agreed at signup. Annual plans invoice as a fixed multiple of the monthly equivalent, and the line items show the arithmetic rather than a single total.

Recovery-fee invoices

Reference the month, the number of confirmed recoveries, the confirmed dollar total, and the tiered calculation. Every underlying reversal id is exportable from the audit trail if finance wants to verify against Stripe directly.

Billing contacts

Update the billing email from settings; changes take effect immediately on the next issuance. Past invoices remain downloadable from billing settings.
